Energy & Focus™ Sour Mints

Two experiences that pop: one in your mouth AND one in your mind. First comes the sour, then the smart part kicks in. Unlike regular sour candy, every Neuro Sour Mint packs 40mg of natural caffeine and L-theanine for smooth, balanced Energy & Focus. Same good energy the Neuro line is known for, now with a serious sour edge.

It pairs 40mg of natural caffeine with 60mg of L-theanine, plus B6 and B12. The caffeine keeps you alert; the L-theanine smooths out the edge so you get calm, focused energy without the jitters or crash.*

Each sour mint delivers 40mg of natural caffeine (from green coffee beans), 60mg of L-theanine, plus Vitamin B6 and B12. They're zero sugar, aspartame-free, and vegan — so unlike most sour candy, there's no sugar rush to come down from. Just steady energy and focus.

Sour enough to wake you up before the caffeine does. Neuro Energy & Focus Sour Mints come in three flavors — Sour Apple, Sour Citrus, and Sour Berry — each one delivering that sensational sour craving alongside the energy and focus your day actually needs.

Same smart formula in both formats. 40mg natural caffeine, 60mg L-theanine, B6 and B12, in two formats. The gum is for when you want something to chew, while the mints are a discreet, pop-and-go option. Chew it or savor the sour and let it dissolve in your mouth: your call.*

We recommend 1–2 Sour Mints at a time, as needed. Most healthy adults can safely consume up to 400mg of caffeine per day (per FDA general guidance) — that's about 10 of our Sour Mints. As with any caffeinated product, listen to your body and be mindful of your personal tolerance. For any specific health concerns, it's always worth a quick chat with your healthcare provider first.
